Liquid Metal

E.M. liquid Metal is a twin pack epoxy metal repair system, designed for the reclamation of pitted or pours metal surfaces, making the repair of vehicle fuel tanks, storage tanks, water tanks etc. simple and easy to achieve. The addition of bauxite aggregate makes the system ideal for the resurfacing of brake tester rollers.
Curing time 4 - 6 hours. Mixing ratio 1 - 1.

Ceramic Metal

E.M. Ceramic Metal is designed for the protection of metallic surfaces which are prone to attack from erosion and corrosion, aggressive chemicals etc. the system is available in engineering (E.G.) and liquid (F.G.) grades to aid application. Typical areas for use are, valves, condensers, pipe bends, pump casings etc. Curing time 4 - 6 hours. Mixing ratio 3 - 1.

Rapid Metal

E.M. Rapid Metal 10 is a fast curing twin pack epoxy metal repair system for emergency repairs to pipes, radiators, damaged/cracked sumps , fuel tanks etc. Damaged components can be back in use in action in minutes reducing very costly downtime to an absolute minimum. Supplied in handy sachets or tub form.
Cure time 10 minutes. Mixing ratio 1 - 1.

Ceramic-Flex

E.m. Liquid cerami-flex is used to rebuild surfaces subject to severe erosion and cavitation attack. Designed for use on pumps , impellers, propellers, turbine blades etc where cavitation is an on going problem. Supplied in engineering (E.G.) and fluid (F.G.) grades.

Repair Sticks

A.W.F. Repair Sticks are available in the following grades, Aqua, Aluminum, Copper, Plastic, Steel, Titanium, Mortar, Wood. Repair Sticks are quick to cure making them ideal for on- site repairs. Once cured they can be machined, drilled and tapped. A.W.F.

Impruvise

A unique Isopthalmic resin matrix, supplied in a patch which is used to repair any type of industrial part or component that has become pitted, holed or split. Impruvise can be moulded, cut, or shaped to fit, support or adhere to the contours of any type of industrial part. Cures in a matter of minutes so very little downtime. Impruvise is very simple and easy to use. Once cured it can be sanded, machined, painted to blend in with the host substrate.

Aero-Pack Rubber

Aero - Pack Rubber is the quick and easy way to repair, bond and seal between glass, metal, concrete etc. Aero-Pack is the new self - propelled instant leakproof gasket maker that will replace cork, felt and rubber.

Quick Mix Rubber '85'

Quick - Mix Rubber '85' is a twin pack rubber repair system. The system is mixed via a unique mixing gun and nozzle. Once cured Quick- Mix rubber '85' will reach a shore 'A' hardness of '85' after approximately 15 minutes.

Flexible Rubber XL45

Flexible Rubber XL45 is a moisture cured adhesive - sealant. XL45 provides a very durable, strong bond to steel, GRP, plastic, rubber etc. it is ideal for use where two substrates need to be bonded, or to provide a seal against vibration or smells. It is widely used to bond our Safety Step Edges and Ladder Safety  Rungs, also as a seal in manhole covers subject to vehicular stresses.

Ideal in the repair of small holes and tears in conveyor belts.

Flexible Rubber "60"

Flexible Rubber 60 is a twin pack rubber repair system which is supplied in three grades EG, FG & RG.

FG grade is Fluid grade made to be applied by brush for coating header drums, clip joints etc.

EG grade is engineering grade ideal for filling holes or making flexible parts.

RG grade is a rapid grade which is ideal for conveyor belt repairs where time is of the essence.

Flexible Rubber "80"

Flexible Rubber 80 is also supplied in three grade FG, EG & BG each being a harder version of the 60.

FG is grade is designed for casting rubber components, offers outstanding tear strength and abrasion resistance.

EG grade paste with excellent impact and abrasion resistance suitable for repairs to equipment operating in aggressive abrasive environments.

BG grade is an ideal application to chutes, hoppers and impellers operating in aggressive abrasive environments.

Flexible Rubber Underwater

Flexible Rubber Underwater is a unique one component rubber system, designed for sealing gaps and cracks in a whole range of substrates. It has the ability to be applied underwater and has tremendous resistance to chemicals.
